INSTRUCTIONS
N0:07 Jabalpur Dated 24 June, 2009
Henceforth following amendment set of 4 standing instruction shall be deemed to be appended to all Roster for the Principal Seat at Jabalpur as well as the benches at Indore and Gwalior, unless otherwise directed.
1. M.C.Cs registered under the Scheme for appointment of Arbitrators by Hon'ble the Chief Justice of High Court of Madhya Pradesh shall be listed before Hon'ble Company Judge.
2. Held up and part heard cases shall be listed on priority basis.
3. Tied up cases may, subject to paragrah No.1 of the Revised Instructions for the Listing of Cases , be listed on any day, if the bench to which they are tied up is available. If the bench is not available they shall be listed on Friday or on any other day as Hon'ble the Chief Justice my direct.
4. Notwithstanding anything herein before stated, Hon'ble the Chiec Justice may special or general order, direct a particular cases(s) or a particular class of cases to be listed a particular bench.
